Product Description

Vicky and her mate Jen have always said that they're not into immature blokes who just want a quick grope in the corner at a party. But now Jen has a steady boyfriend (plus a few little extras) and Vicky's starting to feel a bit left out. It's not that she's short of offers, she just has her eye on someone special. When thelove letters start to arrive, she's thrilled-her secret admirer seems to have perfect timing. It's really flattering to be told that someone loves her. Vicky is hoping he'll write again-even though she doesn't know who he is. Or what he's like. Or what he wants.

I started reading this book with scepticism because some weeks before I started reading another two books by the same author called 'Talking to Strangers' and 'Hidden Child' and they turned out completely rubbish.
Well, I can't say that yet, because I only read the first few pages of them, but after that I had to stop because they just weren't good books to read.
However, I started reading 'Love Letters' and already from the beginning it turned out very interesting. I kept reading it and now I'm about in the middle of it and I just can't put it down!
At the end of each chapter something different happens, that shocks you, and makes you read on.
It is great and it's breath-taking at some moments and you feel like you're actually in the story.
Anyway, I think it's a great read and you should definitely get it! I will buy some more book by Anne Cassidy, hoping they will be as brilliant as 'Love Letters'.
Well done, Anne Cassidy!

great chillin' book 10 Jan 2009
A Kid's Review
Format:Paperback
This is a chillingly great book i loved it i read it in only a few hours. So i'm begging you to read this great book.

It's about a girl called Vicky and soon she had these letters that said i love you and she thought they were from a boy she likes but you have to read and find out. But she was being watched and later it got more chilling and darker as the police didn't believe her. I wanna you to read this book i won't tell you any more or you will know what happens.

I thought the author, anne cassidy, was a brilliant teen writer even though i'm only 12 and i'm not a teen yet.
