Can't believe this has had no reviews because it is a great album.Raheem may be accussed by some of ripping of the late, great Mr. Gaye but with the master departed someone needs to keep the sound alive! This does it really well, shades of funky Prince on a few other tracks but a solid ballad (love!) based set that deseves to be listened to with purposeful intent.A bit of a jazz feel is also thrown into the set to vary the mood just like Marvin used to do so well.
I appreciate what this album is trying to achieve and it creates what the title suggests with ample ammounts of soul.A solid purchase.

Whilst nothing ground-breaking, this album is still a very good effort from the young soul singer. Raheem DeVaughn has been hot for a little while - but few in Britain know of him. The album is solid from start to finish just with good uptempo soul songs. Highlights include the title track, the first single "Guess Who Loves You More","Believe" and "You".
I would definetly check this cd out if you are into this kind of music and artists like D'Angelo, Lyfe Jennings, Kem etc..

This is one of the best R'n'B albums of the year. If you like the type of music D'angelo, Van Hunt & Dwele make then go get this gem. The production on this album (touch of Jazz etc.)is hot and R. Devaughn's smooth voice gells like a match made in heaven.
If u like real music with diversity and with the smoothness of old classics "get this, buy this right now!!" if you want the same old modern r'n'b that gets played to death on radio(mario, ciara etc.) keep away.
