Product Description

Ashley Reynolds, who hates even having her picture taken, lands herself smack in the middle of a reality television dating show. She finds herself surrounded by glamour girls and pageant queens all vying for a date with the smokin hot bachelor. Ashley's plan, to fly under the radar and get sent home early, falters when she soon discovers a knack for drawing unwanted attention her way. Bad boy quarterback Luke Townsend thought choosing between 25 stunning women would be a dream come true. How wrong he was! Luke's patience is tried by the wiles of the charmers and the persistence of the camera crews. It doesn't take long for him to realize, however, that the one girl trying the hardest to get off the show is the one who most intrigues him.

About the Author

Angie Stanton lives in Wisconsin with her husband and two teenagers. She was raised out in the country far from the distractions of friends, transportation and cable TV. She mastered the skill of daydreaming at a young age, and has finally put that talent to use. Angie enjoys reality television, particularly those shows involving dancing, surviving, and dating. When not drifting off to another place in her head, she loves to travel as often as her husband and wallet will allow.

More About the Author

Angie Stanton never planned on writing books, she wanted to be a Rockette. However, growing up in the country, with her brothers' 4-H pigs as pets, dance didn't work out. Instead she became an avid daydreamer. After years of perfecting stories in her head she began to write them down and the rest is history.

She loves dipping french fries in chocolate shakes, all natural disaster movies and Broadway Musicals. When not writing, Angie is concocting ways to make more dreams come true, whether it be tickets to a Broadway show or convincing her family they should rent an RV and travel the country. She's still working on that one.

Angie is a proud double finalist of the 2011 National Readers Choice Awards for Love 'em or Leave 'em, as well as a finalist for the Golden Quill Awards.

2.0 out of 5 stars So predictable 10 Mar 2014

Really predictable outcome from almost page 1. Yes, I read it through - what you call an easy read, but was also quite repetitive.

4.0 out of 5 stars nice book but spoiled for me 12 Sep 2014

This book is basically "the bachelor" tv series if anyone has seen that then you know what im talking about. I liked the book but throughout it that is all i could keep thinking which spoiled it for me because i knew what was gonna happen. It is a nice easy to read book though and If you haven't seen the tv series then you will probably enjoy it more more than i did.

4.0 out of 5 stars Love 'em or leave 'em 12 April 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I'm not sure if this book has any links to the Channel 5 series 'The Bachelor' but it certainly had a familiar feel about it.
That said, I really enjoyed the book. It was a nice easy read and although the ending was fairly predictable, there was a nice twist to it to keep it interesting until the end.

3.0 out of 5 stars Predictable 10 April 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I really hoped this story wouldn't be a predictable one, but it was. Though there are twists and turns, the ending is fully predictable and this would have been better off as a short story.

4.0 out of 5 stars More than chick lit 23 Mar 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I enjoyed this book as it was well written and had a bit more to it than girl meets boy and falls in love. I thought it reflected well the feeling of running out of time that females get caught up in when they reach 30. The story had a few twists and turns which certainly kept my attention.

3.0 out of 5 stars Cheesy but an okay read.
The romance was quite shallow in this book and lacked emotional, realistic depth at points, the concept was also quite cheesy, though the book was overall well written.
