The cover may look creatively interesting, but the contents inside are disappointing. Everything is in black and white, and the pictures are so poor many of them dont even look like food. I have not actually read the book as it was for a friend but for £7.50 I would expect the standard to be much much higher.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY 4 Dec 2009
By LWhiteing - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I checked this out of my local library, wondering if it was worth buying. It is not. I am a huge Twilight fan, but this book is so horrible, even I couldn't stand it. It is written so poorly, and contains so little of interest, it is hard to imagine anyone liking it. A few recipes claim to relate to the book (Mushroom Ravioli, Chicken Enchiladas, etc.), but the vast majority are completely irrelevant to the books. You could probably get better recipes by doing a google search. Plus, it is clear no one edited this book. There are tons of typos and even the quotes from the books are wrong. I would recommend that Amazon stop selling this book it is so bad.

Embarrassed to have purchased 5 Dec 2009
By A. Smith - Published on Amazon.com

I am embarrassed to have made such a stupid purchase. There are very few recipes, which is probably a good thing because they are just wrong--most people know that you don't boil the tortillas with the sauce for 30 minutes before making enchiladas. I'm assuming the book is not written for anyone who actually intends to use the recipes. A picture may be worth a 1000 words, but you won't find any pictures, illustrations or scribbles in this 60-odd page booklet (with usually one inacurrate or mundane receipe per page). If I had written the novels I would be furious at the blatant attempt to capitalize on my talent by selling such garbage by insinuating a relationship. This is not a book that most fans of the "Twilight" series would enjoy or even want in their home. Shame on me for not going to the library, too.

Are You Kidding Me? 28 Dec 2010
By Allison Doyle - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I was debating this purchase for a few days. My cousin is a die-hard Twilight fan, and I'm always looking for the "next big thing" to come out of the Twilight hysteria. I stumbled upon this book and thought it was unbelievably creative! Then I read the reviews. Some readers forewarned others about the lack of editing and overall ignorance about cooking. Still on the fence about it, I decided to "take a peek inside"--a feature I am now so thankful Amazon offers. I read the first few pages, and my grammar OCD went crazy! Within the first few lines, there's already a run-on sentence! Even the last line is an incomplete thought. This book disobeys simple structural rules of writing. I'm shocked any notable book seller would even imagine associating their professional business with this piece of work.

Overall, this "book" is very poorly written. I would advise against anybody wasting their money on it.

Glad I checked it out at the library 21 Dec 2011
By Jennifer Oglesby - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I love the Twilight Saga and I REALLY love cookbooks. I thought this would be the perfect marriage. There are plenty of recipe opportunities between the books and the movies. But...the author really didn't use them. Very disappointing. There are a handful of recipes that do tie in with the books and/or movies but the majority have nothing to do with Twilight whatsoever. And, they didn't sound very appetizing. I'm hoping that at some point there will be an official cookbook published or a better done unofficial one. Save your money and make up your own Twilight cookbook.
