An excellent book but we are a bit stuck!!! It is always difficult to describe practical skills, I think Anja Freese does a good job as the diagrams are easy to follow and the creatures very jolly and good fun. I do not have the patience to learn through trial and error so will ask a beader for some pointers and then I'm sure the book will be perfect for myself and (very dedicated) 9 year old daughter to populate our house with miniature delights.

The description of the book does not match the product. There is no pattern for making a witch or wizard, nor is there one for a viking in a dragon boat. The book does have many cute animal patterns however. The directions are clear and easy to follow.

I was happy to read the first review, to know that the book description didn't fit the book. I like the little descriptions about the animals that the author wrote above the beading instructions. I did not find the instuctions that easy to follow, however. Some of the instructions were a little confusing, and it was pretty frustrating.
