Buy this video, it could change your life...,

This review is from: Louis Theroux - The Best Of Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends - Vol. 2 [DVD] (DVD)
Buy this video, it could change your life...Though it probably won't.I liked this selection of shows as much as the first 'best of' collection. However, the latter collection was so much funnier and, it has to be said, weirder than the first. Especially the Wrestling docucom-which caused a few sides to split in my house. BUT, i love both collections equally and would suggest that you buy them both post haste!!!!! The only draw back, ofcourse, is that you will be reminded how dull and mindless t.v. is without the Theroux! Bring him back noooooo!

Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends Review,
This review is from: Louis Theroux - More Weird Weekends [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This collection of documentaries has been a favourite of mine for a while now. I think that Louis Theroux has a very dry sense of humour but balances it out well, with questions which sometimes even he doesnt know quite how to ask. The viewers are continuesly glued to the tv as we never quite know what he will ask next. Brilliant! Go buy everything the man has ever done!

Like Louis Says,

This review is from: Louis Theroux - The Best Of Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends - Vol. 2 [DVD] (DVD)
Like Louis himself says in the introduction, if the first set was "the best" of the Weird Weekends, what's on the second? These episodes aren't as striking and unique as those on the first box set, but entertaining nonetheless. I felt the characters he met invited less sympathy this time around. When Louis Met... The Hamiltons is included as a special feature which should be kept as a time capsule of the time in between the Hamiltons having an modicum of dignity and self-respect and Christine appearing on "I'm a celebrity get me out of here".
