In all honesty I can't give this 5 stars. It's one of my personal favourites, and this print is wonderful, beautiful Scope, colour and sound (even if, as someone else mentions, the steeo seem to be reversed in some scenes). The trouble is that it is terribly dated, and I would think only appeals to viewers of a certain age (like me), and who have fond memories of it from the cinema (like me). Kids today wouldn't/couldn't sit through it, cos "Jurassic Park" it isn't! The humans are odd casting too. Claude Rains very wrong (but good-Margaret Rutherford was no Miss Marple, but boy was she fun), Jill St John is just - well awful, but looks great. Rennie/Hedison are just adequate, but it doesn't matter. It's still great fun for us oldies and highly recomended for same! You also get the original 1925 silent version, which I haven't watched on this DVD. I have it from Elstree Hill (I think) from some years ago. A bargain then. Go for it!
