Have always found her books to be a bit hit and miss. Some have been a really good read, others I have abandoned part way through. I can honestly say that for me this is her best ever. Fantastic story which was totally believable. I loved the characters and was able to feel real sympathy for Alicia, for Nat, and even, in the end, for his accuser. I completely lost myself in the story whilst lying on my sun lounger on holiday, and even when getting ready to go out for the evening I had the hairdryer in one hand and the book in the other. Highly recommended.
