Newly Re-edited

Maggie never thought she would witness a murder, especially one committed by her boyfriend. Her only hope is to leave Earth with her best friend Kelly on one of the transports. The transports were used to bring Earthlings to new planets in order to start a new life. Instead of heading to a new life on a faraway planet, the transport full of women was sold to the ruler of Lephus.

Ruehar, ruler of Lephus, needed women in order to make his numbers grow. He never planned on the transport he paid for to come into contact with an asteroid field, knocking the sleeping transport and its travelers off course.

Etor is the leader of Qetera and a Sky Rider. He seeks his one true mate every time he scouts the universe. While out on a scouting mission his ship unexpectedly comes across a damaged transport full of women, but not all are alive. As soon as he touches the sleeping beauty in the stasis tube he knows he has found her! The only problem now is to convince her is was made for him and for her to accept him and his dragon.

3.0 out of 5 stars Its ok 22 Sep 2014

Nothing amazing and not a real page turner. This is an average story that you will forget about the minute you put it down.
I'll not be rushing to buy another of the authors scripts but if one comes up cheap it'll while away a few hours.
So an average book with nothing spell binding about it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Needs some work 26 Jun 2014
By SilverMoon67 - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I have read a lot of this author's books and this is only the second one that I have some issues with and they are the same as the other book. I am in agreement with some of the other reviewers-there is a lack of editing. Once again, I find I have to reread parts because of missing words. What bothered me more was that I think the author was trying to have too many elements in the story without developing the most important one-the H/h relationship. She did a good job of setting up why Maggie is leaving the planet. She also did well with describing the new world. SPOILERS: I can't help but wonder, what the heck happened to the story of Mark? The ex wants Maggie dead then we hear nothing about him. Will he come up in a future book? All of a sudden we are involved in the alien captain infiltrating the planet. Too many bad guys. Then, Etor and Maggie are pissed at each other and he decides to leave her alone for a few day. She is insistent all through the book that she doesn't what a relationship. When they see each other after those few days, she says she's sorry and all of a sudden, they are mated!! WTH?? Did I miss something? Did a chapter discussing her change of feelings get left out? It left me very confused. I would like to see a follow up done but with some of these issues resolved.

2.0 out of 5 stars Fair start 22 Jun 2014
By Series Shawna - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
While this is a fair start to the sky riders series, an ok read, it needs much more to make it great. It's sort of choppy, information flow, several open ended situations. We don't really get to know our characters. Don't really go through proper feelings etc. Our main girl just escapes bad guy, and starts off appropriately but all sudden they make out and not a factor anymore. Didn't feel the love of our couple. Actually thought our guy was a jerk, not a romantic bone in there at all. The dragons were an after thought for the most part, not even sure why in story, very little role, more just a pet. Also, as with most kindle books these days the editing leaves little be desired. Undecided if I will try next one.

1.0 out of 5 stars The worst editing ever 28 Jun 2014
By Tracy Bovalino - Published on Amazon.com

I have never reviewed a book before but I had to for this book. the story would have been good but I had to stop reading it because the editing was so bad. through the book there was double sentences, left off sentences, and you had to fill in what you thought the author might have written. too confusing to finish reading, just glad it was only 3$ I wasted. would have actually given it just a half star.

4.0 out of 5 stars Awesome book! TERRIBLE editing!! 28 Jun 2014
By Carrol J. Austin - Published on Amazon.com

I absolutely loved this book and I eagerly await more from the "Sky Riders" series. It was very entertaining and the book had me interested the whole way thru.
The only thing in this book I can't praise is the editing. It was awful and at times made it very difficult to read. There were times when you almost needed an interpreter to figure it out. If the editing was not so bad, I would have definitely given the book 5 stars.

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible. This book made no sense 2 July 2014

Terrible. This book made no sense. The grammar was awful, the plot was ridiculous. Atrocious editing. I had to wonder at some points if the author spoke English as their primary language.
