‘I just had to write to tell you how your book has transformed my life and that of my two work colleagues. I had all the symptoms of wheat intolerance, and had been feeling awful for years. Your book has been like a magic wand, that has changed me. We all feel wonderful, have more energy and all our symptoms have disappeared. The added bonus is that after years of struggling to lose weight I'm also doing that too. FANTASTIC!!! So thanks again on behalf of three very happy people.’ Carole Kennett (aged 53 and feeling 43)
