Excellent CD. Never done hypnotherapy before but have not touched chocolate in the week I have been using it. Also, have self esteem and self confidence CDs. Found myself acting different at work. Much more confident.
Must say, everytime I think about something fattening to eat I have little voice in my head telling me to go for the health option. Also, fall asleep while listening makes no difference, and I sleep like a baby and feel really relaxed. Was on sleeping tablets prior to this

I don't have much weight to loose but having really seen the benefits of complete relaxation and self esteem CD's by Glenn Harrold I decided to purchase this CD and try it out with a view to convincing my Dad and sister who are both overweight to try it.
My Dad and I noticed the difference almost immediately, Dad's stress levels are much lower, he finds the CD really good for relaxation and it is changing his eating habits, slowly and surely the subliminial messages are making him more aware of what he is eating and when. As for me, well I no longer crave food when I am stressed - what's stress ? - mine has completely gone (thanks to the CD's), I find myself chewing my food for longer, eating heathly food and being satisfied with the food that I am eating. It has helped to eliminate cravings for sweet, fattening foods and I would recommend this for anyone who needs to loose weight, whether it's a few pounds or a lot of weight, the relaxation is brilliant and it really does work. Good luck and please if you buy the CD and it works write a review - we all need a bit of encouragement when it comes to trying new things especially when it relates to loosing weight.

I bought this tape with some reservations, as I had tried a similar tape from a well-known hypnotist with limited success. However, I noticed some effects immediately, and was encouraged to carry on. It is now 2 weeks later, and I am hooked! My self-image has improved, which is a vital part of the positive attitude needed to complete to a goal weight, especially when you have a lot to lose. Also, I am finding it easy to 'keep control of my eating habits', and I no longer think of food all day! Believe me, this is some achievement, having been a 'comfort eater' for a very long time!
I cannot recommend this tape highly enough. It is EXTREMELY powerful, and used correctly, will change your life for ever!

Its ok.
I have only done it once, and I was interrrupted by the phone ringing then the cat jumped on me meowing loudly, so it spoilt the effect that time. Read more

I Liked listening to this
Iliked listening to the disc but haven'tnoticed any change, think I must be resistant to hypnosis as the Paul McKenna disc didn't work iether disite repeated playing of the discs

its ok
this is a bit corny - would be better if it was a bit longer, and the guy talking, talked a bit slower and more relaxing. He sounds so cheesy too. But im in the hope it works !
