I no longer feel stressed around food, I look forward to my meals and feel happier and healthier than I have in years. I just follow my instincts and love eating the natural, delicious foods nature provided. And yes, the weight is dropping off me but this is only one of the wonderful benefits I've gained from doing Easyway. I recommend his method to anyone who is struggling with compulsive over eating. This works.
