This is the 4th book I've read and studied by Lindsey Agness and I've yet to be anything other than really impressed with her in-depth knowledge of NLP and this time, how it relates to weight loss, which is explained clearly and pragmatically - I loved the simple, straightforward exercises and especially the questionnaire to determine what type of eater I was (very eye-opening!). Whether you're an expert in NLP or have tried every diet on the planet in order to lose weight, there will be something for everyone in this book that's new &/or different &/or better than anything else you've come across before, I promise! Give it a read - you've nothing to lose but the weight!!!
