Change your state of mind and then you can positively change your weight.

This book talked about strategies on losing weight faster but unlike any other diet books I've read, this one is different because the strategies focused more on how to have the right mindset to start your journey to getting the proper weight for you. Having the right mindset, I believe is the most important factor in reaching your goals in any aspect. I really like that the author added information about mind exercises, those exercises would effectively give you a positive attitude towards reaching your target weight.

Well-written and very inspiring. Highly recommended.

Wow, what a great book - this is a difficult subject to cover and the book manages that really well, it's well laid out and the information is logical and easy to digest. Very often you see book that simply gives you a food list and the instructions to go and live an unrealistic life never eating anything with fat or carbs ever again - none of that here, it all about balance which just seems so much more realistic to me. What I loved was how much it focuses on the mind and what a huge part it plays in the weight loss journey, the books been a real help and I'd highly recommend it.

When a diet book tells you to add physical activity then you can be sure that whatever diet it is using is most likely to work after all, this is because you can't lose weight fast by sitting all day long no matter how healthy the food you eat is.

This book is very good, it will help you get started with many good advice, things like food basics which many overlook because they are basic and so they think they already know them, yet they don't put them to use. I think this book will help many readers on their weight loss journey.
