An interesting collection of US docudramas that the very cheap price alone make interesting viewing. I say viewing because the sound quality is simply awful, with sound levels varying wildly throughout each episode, with the overbearing music track drowning out the commentary on many occasions . The general level of the research is quite good, although the scripts seem to have done their best to ignore much of the research done in favour of a Hollywood gangster film style of presentation - much the same as the late Robert Stack used in the 1960s in the "Untouchables" series of TV shows.
All on all, an interesting collection of programmes, but keep the volume controller in your hand at all times you are watching it.
