The idea of this CD-ROM is great; the ability to create greetings cards, bookmarks and any kind or letterhead etc is very appealing, especially knowing the photography and imagery from the LOTR movies is beautiful.
I was however disappointed with how limited the range was for the pictures you could choose for the creating of cards and stationery.
The extended video trailer of Return Of The King at the beginning is a nice touch, but something fanatics of the movies will be able to get on the DVD release.
I'm not sure I'd recommend buying this unless you're such a LOTR fanatic that you have to have everything, or you have lots of people you can make cards and bookmarks for. It left me with the feeling it could have been a bit better.

This specially created CD consists of seven sections. There are several images of posters, calenders, bookmarks, greeting cards and party kits. There are screensavers for your desktop to keep passing admirers happy when you're away from your desk and several desktop wallpapers to keep you happy when you're working. There are video clips from the film as well as web links to look at and quizzes and additional character information. For the extras you get it's not bad for the price so it's not too expensive for even the light enthusiast.
