not what I expected

I was hoping for something a little more mistical. The meditation is nice although very simple and you just repeat some statements. So far what I have tried has yet to come to pass. Weak. I would not recommend this

You might think these wouldn't work, but I have tried the exercises in this book on a few occasions, I have had success each time. It's worth the minimal investment of time and money. IT WORKS!
