I bought this as a present for a friend. I happen to know the author, and was delighted to read about this fascinating person.
I like the way Frank organised the material . There was a mixture of normal biographical narrative mixed with interesting informative text ..so that the whole book was a sort of seminar on T'ai chi plus an interesting life story adventure
I was delighted to note that the second-hand copy I bought had a signature.
I was able to talk with the author and discover the original owner of the book and her relationship to Gerda Geddes.
Efficient purchase procedure and prompt delivery

The book is a very good and interesting read, but rather expensive at £32 for a secondhand paperback, especially since the price shown on the back cover is £9.99! I would be interested to know why.

Looking for The Golden Needle, What a Wonder!! 5 Feb. 2012
By Theresa B. Ashley - Published on Amazon.com

The book was in perfect condition. Thank you so much. My Tai Chi Chuan instructor was taught Tai Chi Chuan by the author Gerda Geddes. The book is her wonderful journey into Tai Chi Chuan. Gerda Geddes was one of the first Western women who was taught Tai Chi Chuan in the late 1950's by the Masters in China.
Again thank you for the Wonderful condition that the Book came in.
Do you have a book named A Navajo/English Bilingual Dictionary: Alchini Bi Naaltsoostsoh by Alyse Neundorf (Hardcover)? I'm taking Navajo in College and need this book also.
Again Thank you.
