Look up and Laugh 16 Nov 2008
Format:VHS Tape
A typical lets save the world Gracie Fields movie which all her fans will enjoy. Perhaps not quite in the same league as Sing as we go but enjoyable all the same. A group of Market Stall holders call upon Gracie to help save the building from the clutches of a greedy business man. The plot for this film was borrowed by the writers of Passport to Pimlico a few years later.
Watch out for a brief glimspe of Kenneth More who was making his film debut and Vivien Leigh who later starred along side Clark Gable in Gone with the wind.
