Format more closely related to the show than the book written by Gok Wan of the same name. Lots of useful bits of information - a book you can dip in and out for reference. Also encouraging are the ladies that are featured in the book are from the various series of "How to look good naked" which I found inspiring which cover various body hang ups and advice on how to overcome them to make you feel better about yourself.
