Only used it a few times so far, but think it's a great product and really good value for money

This chipper had a great feel to it and I really liked it until one cold morning the the head snapped off. Obviously very poor casting. I contacted Amazon, who after a bit of haggling over the phone, replaced it. However the replacement chipper was sent in a plastic bag and on receipt I found the shaft had been crushed in transit. I hate to think what weight must have done that. As this was the second item sent, under Amazon's policy, they would not send another. They did however refund my money.
So all in all a very disappointing purchase.

The chipper is cheap but it lacks "feel".The clubhead is solid metal and is fairly dead as you hit the ball.
