We bought this during the big freeze because my friend's water pipes in the garage had frozen and she had no water. This item arrived quickly and had the flex and plug attached so we could get it up and running very quickly. We sited it under the pipes and left it on through the cold nights. So far, we have had no more trouble with freezing pipes, running costs are low and it is safe to leave. My friend is very happy with this purchase.

I got this heater to keep my cats warm in their shed in the cold weather. I had to supplement it when temperatures went down below -5 but otherwise it does the job very well.

This basic heater is what we wanted for the price we wished to pay. Easy to install and well designed fixing brackets.
Having suffered extreme cold weather for the last three winters, we fixed this in our attic as further insurance against frozen or burst pipes. We could have paid a little more for one with an adjustable thermostat and then not have to remember to switch it on/off depending on weather conditions, but it serves it's purpose.

Perfect
I bought this for our caravan which is parked outside in Winter, just to keep the damp away. It is not a powerful heater but is very cheap to run, so is perfect for the job.

wardrobe use
