A place actually called Camelot existed in London and has a known history dating back nearly 1,000 years.
It is strongly linked to Royalty and the rulers of these islands. It is also connected to a Secret Tradition in Arthurian Legend which forms the basis of the Mysteries of the Holy Grail.
Why do we not know about it already ? Has it been kept a "hidden secret"
Well, the secret is now out. This book reveals its location (It's on publicly accessible land), its history, the results of private archaeological digs which reveal a castle-like structure including a drawbridge and dungeons. There is no doubt this was a real Camelot of considerable antiquity. Whether it was Arthur's Camelot ( or one of them) remains debatable, but it certainly has some unusual and undeniable connections to the Grail legends and is as much a place of magic and enchantment as the Mythical Camelot. This remarkable book is a real voyage of discovery into our mythic landscape and contains more clues to the true mysteries of the Holy Grail than Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code.
