For the architecture student or afficiondo this is a treat. Lots of full colour photos covering all the major styles and periods of the great city of London, completed by the nicely opinionated and informative text.

Format:Paperback
A tightly written guide that takes you through a millennium (or so) of London's architectural history.

Pithy, opinionated and sometimes controversial comments make the book far more enjoyable than run-of-the-mill architectural guides.

The suggested walks are well thought out and very enjoyable.
