Includes all the UK single A-sides, many of which were numbered limited editions, all of which are now deleted.
Seven tracks never before on CD.
Contains representative album tracks from every stage of the bands career.
More than half of these tracks were recorded at Toe Rag Studios, many of them years before it gained its international recognition. Also contains recordings made at Londons legendary Pathway studio, birthplace of many great 1970s punk singles.
The lavish booklet features extensive sleevenotes telling the story of the band written by frontman (and journalist) Max Décharné, together with numerous rare photographs, posters and memorabilia. His witty notes really give an insight into the bands whole dynamic.
A perfect in-depth introduction to the work of a band which has released 120 studio tracks in the past decade.

Ten points for great ten years.,

This review is from: London After Midnight: Singles, Rarities & Bar Room Floor-Fillers 1995-2005 (Audio CD)
As a huge fan of the band let me tell you that I don't really like compilations but this is an exception. This one is truly a great one. Not only beacause it has the most important tracks from the seven studio albums (42 trakcs of R O C K) but it also has a lot of B-Side singles only obtainable in the past in 7". the booklet (the first one too) is remarkable well writen by Max Decharne, telling the story of the band. After the disband of their home company Vinyl Japan they appear on Ace Record with this jewell of the british rock. If you're new this is your starting point, and if you're a fan... well, I'm sure you won't let it go.
