I paid for this item, and unfortunately missed the first delivery of this. When I got to the post office (due to working many hours) to pick it up, it had been sent back.
I contacted eGadgetpoint and requested a re-delivery, bearing in mind Christmas was approaching, and I needed this item before then. They replied, somewhat tardily and advised they would attempt redelivery at some point.
This point never came, despite constant contact from myself to them, to which I received no reply.
I pursued a claim to get my money back, and sat back and waited.
Finally, a few days before Christmas, I decided to email them again, and I basically said either give me my money back or send this item in time for Christmas.
No reply, but a refund went into my bank within a few days.
Customer service wise, this company is an absolute joke. I was disgusted that I did not receive an apology, and I was disgusted that they just kept hold of my money for as long as they saw fit.
I'm disappointed as my partner is very into Lomography and we would have used them again had the service been there at all, but now there is no way I would use this company, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
