Beyond some simple diagrams on the packaging, the only manual for the keyboard is at Logitech's website. Installing and configuring the K750 can't be much easier. The installation process puts a piece of software called the Solar App on your computer, which is triggered by a special hardware button and displays light levels in the form of a lux meter, and battery level as a percentage. The meter has to stay above a certain threshold in order to avoid draining the battery; and the keyboard has two lights indicating whether the ambient light is good or bad.
The design of the K750 is very similar to that of an Apple's wired keyboard, complete with chiclet-style keys that are very quiet to type on and an extremely thin body. The keyboard feels slightly more delicate than it should, particularly in the support stands, which feel as if they might break anytime with a hard push. The surface of the keyboard is also intensely glossy; and thus a dust magnet that requires ocd like cleaning. I wondered why there was a cleaning cloth!
Having only used this for a short while only time will tell how long the battery lasts but so far it has managed several days with nothing but normal use/light in my study.
What I would say is that this is perhaps a tad pricey and serious gamers should avoid as it doesn't have the anti-ghosting properties of a gamers' keyboard. As an everyday typer though it is a lovely keyboard. However I am a fan of the chiclet type keyboards and so this naturally appealed to me.
Logitech are as far as I am concerned the best without spending silly money! Their rma process is straightforward and often they send you something better than what you had if you're unhappy. Very good product from a very good company. Hopefully backlit keys in the next model.....
- Been using for a couple of months now- absolutely no issues with battery-life, even when leaving in a relatively dark room.
- Connecting/reconnecting to the computer is incredibly fast, no delay whatsoever.
- Works out-the-box and very nicely in Ubuntu Linux.
- Looks great. Very sleek.

But I think its just matter of time to get use to it.
There is no need for instaling any software .. works straightaway since connecting receiver.
Just additonaly you can install power monitor.
If you dont use it, you can switch it off .. and its just charging.
My room I would say is more dark but battery level didnt go below 100% and I dont switch this keyboard off at all.
I have managed to spill some sugary water on few keys which become slow and harder to push. I have easy removed buttons and cleaned with water and It works again.
I use this keyboard just to write so I have no gaming experience with it.
