When I boiught this guitar a couple of weeks ago I had the fortune of picking up at a sale for ~£40. It's great value for that money: it's big, massive wood and a distinct strumbar with big fretbuttons. Maybe too big fretbuttons - I have small hands and struggle to reach some of the more complicated green/blue green/orange chords properly. The strumbar on the other hand would have been wonderful if it had been more quiet. There is a noticeable clicking sound which I can hear even when using headphones when playing. But it's much more precise than anything else I've played. I know exactly where the note will 'take' when I move the strumbar up/down, no deadzone when alt-strumming. I think it may have a slightly larger lag than my Höfner or my old GHWT-tar since I sometime seems to miss a few notes that I was certain I had hit. I'm working with the calibration setting to find the optimum, but it's a long process and I don't think I'm off by much, maybe 10ms or so.
Anyway, these things are minor details as it's a lovely guitar. It's my 5th and so far I love it. I do constantly break the license agreement as written in the manual: It contains a line where it actively prohibits the use of the peripheral in any game not belonging to the Guitar hero series of games, including but not limited to Guitar Hero, Band Hero & DJ Hero. Weird.

Long story so I'll keep it short! I saw this advertised at half price and, being a GH addict, I thought it was too good to turn down. The addition of a £20 Amazon voucher made this seem the bargain of the century! I ordered it and it duly arrived. On unpacking it there was a 12" crack at the back of the guitar body where one of the strap holder screws had split the wood. I had to re pack the item, contact the Seller and return it to them for a replacement. When the second guitar arrived all seemed fine until I used it for the first time and discovered that two of the coloured finger buttons had been put in the wrong order!! I contacted the Seller again who duly gave me an additional 10% refund but I declined to send it back as I did not want to go through the hassle and am quite able to use it as it is.
Whilst this is a great item I have had the misfortune to obtain two less than perfect products which leads me to believe the build quality is not as good as the original hefty price tag should suggest. I must stress that the Seller dealt with my issues promptly and I have NO qualms with them at all. I cannot rate them highly enough for their customer service and they did everything possible to make me happy. My issue is with Logitech who I would have thought might have contacted me but, to date, I have heard nothing. If anyone does think of buying this guitar be sure to check it thoroughly when you unpack it and also be aware that this is quite a heavy item and would not be suitable for kids. This is just like a real electric guitar and requires a teenager or older to use it comfortably.

really quick delivery & at xmas time as well! well worth the money,really well made,just like a real guitar,lovely real wood guitar neck & very quite strum bar & fret buttons,dont think about it,just buy it!
