5.0 out of 5 stars As good if not better than M/S wheel 12 Jan 2008
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I bought a Logitech wheel for myself after my official 360 wheel went wrong (again!) The performance of wheel compared to x-box simply put, is more comfortable, better built, clamps down to a surface firmer and reacts just as well as the force fed wheel but considerably cheaper. You can also adjust sensitivity of wheel whilst playing unlike the M/S wheel!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Wheel 25 Aug 2008
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
Great wheel - I think it is better than the official Microsoft Wireless wheel(which isnt wireless as it has to be plugged to the mains) as it feels sturdier. The force feedback is great e.g in Forza if you damage your car you can even feel the wheel pulling to one side which you have to fight to control. Wroks brilliantly on all the 360 driving games i've played as you can adjust the sensitivity! Definately 5 stars!

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb wheel, and reliable 17 May 2009

Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This is a brilliant set of wheel and pedals, very responsive, excellent feel and very realistic. The settings allow quick and easy fine-tuning, I was up and running with Forza 2 in no time at all. I simply used one of the presets, accessed by the small black button on the wheel, and didn't even need to adjust the in-game wheel options (dead zones, sensitivity etc.)

It may not have some of the features of the latest, 360 degree wheels, but it is very convincing and I can verify that it does feel realistic as it is very close to my 1980's E30 BMW 318i in terms of feel and response.

I'm surprised this wheel is not made any longer, and at the current price it is an absolute bargain.

I've always loved Logitech wheels & pedals, and this one is fantastic.

Note: I previously thought mine had a fault as suddenly it was not being recognised. This turned out to be due to yet another of the Xbox 360's idiosyncrasies, in that when you load up a game, from the start you have to use the controller on the wheel, not the normal controller, to go through the menus, else the game bypasses the wheel and it doesn't appear in the menus and is not recognised as present.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great wheel 26 Feb 2009
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This is one great piece of wheel. It works like a charm, with the force feedback, sensitivity, built quality like a tank etc. This one also works on Windows Vista, quickly recognise and automatically install the driver. I'm using this for Forza 2 in Xbox360, and GTR Evo in PC, although there are no vibration support in GTR Evo at the moment.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Great wheel A++ 15 Dec 2007
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This wheel is great, Its like a wired version of microsofts wheel. But with this one its better because it doesnt need the game to support its wheel unlike the wireless one. This one uses axial force feedback... Its great! Diffrent sensory modes and everything A*!

3.0 out of 5 stars Average wheel with a price that has rocketed! 5 Sep 2010
    A Kid's Review
Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
READ THIS REVIEW - THE MOST UP-TO-DATE

I urge you to ignore the other reviews, as this wheel 2 years ago (when I bought it) was £20, those reviews are based on that. The wheel since has rocketed up to around £60/70 (I sold mine and made a tidy little profit).

To set things straight, this wheel is not worth it's price tag. At £20, it was a bargain, but it's no longer a bargain.

At this price, you're better off just buying the official Microsoft Wheel (even if it is expensive, it's wireless and has gears).

4.0 out of 5 stars Best wheel for the 360 28 Jun 2009

Logitech DriveFX Racing Wheel (Xbox 360)
Fantastic bargain at this price. Had the MS wheel before and this is better and much more compact. The sensitivity is adjustible and the wheel can really kick and pull which makes driving quite addictive! You can't beat Logitech for quality.

3.0 out of 5 stars On comparison is a bit disappointing 24 Jun 2010

Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
I have had a logitech force feedback wheel for my pc for a few years, and last year bought a logitech Driving Force GT wheel for my PS3. Ive always found the logitech wheels to be good robust pieces of kit, and the force feedback motors have been powerful and give plenty of resistance when driving. So when i saw this wheel for the Xbox 360, and the reviews were good, i thought id get one.
Dont get me wrong, its not a BAD wheel. The response is good and the force feedback is adequate - but compared with the other two wheels i have, thats all it is - just adequate. You can tell your driving over rumble strips or on rough ground, but the resistance when turning or in a skid is a little 'soft' compared with what i'm used to.
Given that i paid roughly the same amount for each wheel this is the most lightweight of the three. I'll continue to use it and enjoy it, but if you are hoping for a meaty force feedback experience, i'd look around - there must be better than this out there.
