Bought this to replace an old logitech cordless that all the letters had worn off. Absolute joy - plugged it in and it set itself up automatically. None of this pressing buttons in order and waiting for lights to flash a particular number of times that caused me so much stress on the last one. Mouse feels good in the hand and keys are crisp and responsive. Favourites keys are on the bottom of the keyboard which feels rather strange, but no doubt I will get used to them there. Chose this because it is meant to be less battery hungry than old one. Cant fault it for anything so far.

Its just PERFECT.. keys are very soft and responsive with no lag at all, infact you really enjoy typing and speed is well sustained. The smooth curvy wrist support is very nice and very soothing for the wrists. There are two levels of height/support adjustment to tilt keyboard the way it suits you best. Mouse is laser very precise. The best bit is i donot have to touch any button on mouse or keyboard for it tobe synchronised with the base unit although there are sync buttons on both. The base unit is also very smart looking with numlock and caps lock led indicators. The package states it will give about 9 months of use from battery on mouse and more than an year from keyboard but obviously not confirmed as i recently bought it.
It can also be used with a PS3. Lastly the range is fine but not great compared to some other optical ones i have used but there is one thing it doesnot lose precision with watever distance it covers which other opical rivals lack. so all in all this is a very good bargain buy for a well made comfy keybaord and mouse from good brand logitech. Note: the mouse also has on/off switch hope you find this product review usefull

Uusal Logitech quality,

I bought this to work alongside my Logitech S 510 Cordless Desktop and I wasn't disappointed. However, I find the mouse is a bit on the small side. I prefer a "taller" mouse so my hand cups over it and stops my fingers over-reaching the buttons. So I swapped the mouse for a "Cordless Click Plus!" which I had been using with the Logitech keyboard this was replacing. Much better. The only problem occurs when both mice are being used at the same time as the signals tend to interfere and slow down the pointer movement. But that's usually only when my girlfriend is using the other PC at the same time, so not too often (and bear in mind they are literally side by side).
There's a good range of customisable buttons pre-set (which can be set to other functions) and 4 "spares". A dedicated "Calculator" key is a nice touch and actually encourages me to use the Windows calculator instead of always reaching for the real thing. Media keys: Play/Pause; Skip Fwd/Back; Volume Up/Down; Mute; Enlarge; Reduce and 100% image size. I like Logitech's larger Delete key. There's also a "Sleep" key to tell the PC to sleep, restart, log off or shutdown, depending on your choice.
