A superb Trackball to use: very smooth and precise. The included software allows many programming options making this a first class item. Just be advised of the physical size of the unit if you are really short of space: it is 16.5cm long and 8.5cm wide. The ball is easily removeable for cleaning etc.

I won't try and sell you the idea of switching from a mouse to a trackerball, it's very much a personal choice. If you're reading this you want one and are trying to find a good quality product.
I've loved and abused my Logitech Marble Mouse for 3yrs now and it still performs immaculately. I recently used it to create a very detailed AutoCad drawing and it was able to draw 'precise straight lines' and manoeuvre onto individual pixels with ease. This is a really good quality product.
One minor issue is the absence of a 'third button roller selector' which is often used to switch options in games and to zoom in applications. You can approximate this function with the 3&4 buttons but you still miss it.
n.b. Gamers will find trackballs are sometimes a bit slow for first person shooters but I've never had a sore wrist from long period use.

My previous trackman was great which you operated the trackball with your thumb. It was accurate, very comfortable, eliminated the strain I was having with a normal mouse and was very natural to use coming from a normal mouse. When the left button started playing up I changed it for one of these. Having the trackball operated by the middle fingers and the left button with my thumb felt incredibly unnatural and i found it very stressful to use. Every mouse I've had had the buttons operated by the fingers and I couldn't get comfortable with this design.
Other people seem to like it but if you're used to having the trackball operated by your thumb be careful, you may be better off buying the more expensive wireless version which does have this configuration.

Excellent quality mouse!
Long lasting, needs a clean now and again as the ball can get stuck, very rarely though. Easy to use. Excellent all round!

marble mouse
suffering from vibration white finger, i find the old normal mouse almost impossible to use. the marble mouse gives me full control of my computer.

It is ok. Quality is good.
This one is good at dealing with pictures, the function is designed for people who use PS to deal with pictures.

Couldnt Live Without It
