Bought the case for my daughters new Sony dvd player (pink) - spot on, neat case, enough room for 2 sets of headphones, and sets up very easily between the seats in our Passat.

The case is good quality for the price but I am disappointed that it is designed to be used in between the 2 front seats and that there is no mention of this in the product description.
I purchased it with the intention of using it attached to one seat and I have had to improvise with the straps supplied to be able to do this. If I had known that it was designed for use between the 2 front bucket seats I would not have purchased it.

Bought this to let the Grandchildren watch films on a 450 mile journey. It is a high quality item which held the Philips 7" player easily. Good instructions making installation simple. The player is held safely and firmly without wobbling. There are three positions for the player, flat, half folded or fully folded (depending on the ability of the player to rotate the screen) There is a section for storing all the straps with room for earphones and chargers. Limited room for DVD storage as well - probably one or two in ther cases at the most - so its either or. Personally I prefer one place for all the paraphernalia which this case provides and store dvds elsewhere.
The player retaining strap can prevent the disc lid being opened but careful positioning of the strap in one of the two slots and this can be avoided. The player retaining strap needs to be kept tight and this can be fiddly but is easily achieved by adjusting the strap length with the player out of the case.. A bit of trial and error required here. All in all a well priced piece of kit that does its job well.
