This is perfect for any tired muscle and realy does the trick. You can have heat or no heat, several different heads (my fave is deep finger massage), and works a treat on my bad footie knee. Best (early) Christmas gift from my wife.

I bought this for my daughter who suffers with shoulder and neck pain and I know that it really helps ease the pain because I have had one for about 6 years and wouldn't be without it. I especially like the infra-red heat attachment. I would recommend this to anyone with muscle pain even if you don't have someone to do it for you as the adjustable handle enables you to reach most parts of your back or neck.

We had this model about 3 months,used it twice,i have an arthritic-back condition.Last week i plugged it in,there was no vibration,just the infra-red,but plenty of smoke billowing out of the first elbow.I pulled the plug and rushed the glowing-lump into the bin outside,where it smouldered until i doused it with a bowl of water,steer well clear of these,as we feel they are a dangerous appliance... no-cut out or warning.
