If you want to move or simply buy a home in Spain. You MUST buy this book. It could save you thousands and thousands. It covers everything, cars, driving, banks, shopping, TV, sport, schools, hospitals, buying and renting a home.
The home buying sections could save you. BUY IT.

Its my bible.
I bought a home in Spain and this book saved me thousands. I would like to thank the author.
Every little detail is covered. I was like many concerned with buying a property in Spain. we have all heard the horror stories, but if you read this it will show you how to avoid the problems so many others have come across.

When I decided to go through the fun process of setting up a limited company for my publishing business here in Spain, this was the first book I referred to. And whilst it didn't tell me exactly all the steps it got me on the right road and set my expectations. It covers all the different forms of employment in Spain, how to buy and sell a car, getting insurance, finance options etc, setting realistic expectations all the way. A must read for anyone thinking of living here.
