This guy David Hampshire has such a great sense of humor. he is dry and witty, it makes the book that could normally be a boring subject come to life. Its actually a great reading book.
I have a villa in Spain now and thankfully I read this first and again during the purchase.
If you attempt tobuy a property in Spain with out it, you deserve what you reap.
