Format:Paperback
If you need a book like this get "Living and Working in America (Living & Working in America)" by David Hampshire, not this one. Hampshire's book is pretty much the same price but contains MUCH more (pertinent) info and feels more up-to-date.

2.0 out of 5 stars Outdated and over-rated 28 Feb 2005
Format:Paperback
I bought this book as i am in the process of getting my visa and moving to the states. I found the info was basic and obvious, and alot of the stuff is out-dated.
I wouldnt have bought this book if id have known it only offers basic information that anyone who has ever visited the states would know.
