Book Description

is a contemporary approach or method created by noted author/speaker Scott Kiloby for realizing freedom, otherwise known as "nonduality." More specially, it's the realization that you are already free at the core of your experience and that all separation, both in space and time, is a belief system.

Living Realization is known for its simplicity. The basic invitation invites us to: recognize awareness, let all appearances be as they are and see that all appearances are inseparable. These simple points are really all you need to recognize freedom in the midst of your life.

How do you know when you are ready for a message like Living Realization?

You feel it to the very core of your being because of an unmistakable knowing that there is something deeper in your present experience, something more to life than what we see.

The method starts with very simple language, allowing you to discover a basic awareness present in every experience in your life. As you begin to recognize this awareness as ever-present, you naturally start to identify and cling to thought less and less. This provides freedom in your life!

It is more than just dis-identifying with thought though. It is a seeing-through of the belief in separation. Life is seen to be seamless experiencing itself. This provides a natural joy, peace, love, wisdom and compassion.

  1. Are you ready to begin looking into your present experience in a deep and specific way?
  2. Are you ready to see why it is that you suffer/seek and why human life contains so much conflict?
  3. Are you ready to move beyond your self-centered patterns?

Living Realization is a direct discovery within your own life, right here, right now...*This is a companion book to Living Relationship: Finding Harmony With Others (from The Kiloby Group), which is available on Amazon as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Naked Realization 14 May 2013
By Passive Observer - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
In his book, Love's Quiet Revolution, Scott Kiloby announced "The end of the search." In his more recent book, Living Realization, he invites readers to experience the end of the search. He gently guides the reader to a realization of Who and What one truly is. There is no path to follow, of course, for one already is what he or she will ever be. Instead, Scott raises the reader's consciousness to a discovery and understanding of the True Self in lieu of the mistaken identity of a "personal self."

Scott does this without chants, breathing exercises, rituals, visualizations or any other trappings. Nor does he complicate his work with Sanskrit phrases and mystical lore. He tells it like it is - without fanfare. Simply stated, he explains how to consciously recognize, and be, what we already are.

Scott's book is relatively short. It is amazing how much he has put into a relatively small number of pages. The writing is concise and covers the subject fully and clearly. He expresses everything in plain English without ambiguity. His work contains all that one needs to become self-realized. The book is truly a masterpiece.

WARNING: The book's brevity and plain-English approach must not be allowed to deceive the reader. The book is complete in itself and should be accepted as a definitive guide to self-realization. It can dispel the cloud cover that obscures your true identity. The material is genuinely transformative, but its impact cannot be experienced if it is read in the same way that one would read a novel. To derive full benefit, one must not only read the words, but also continue to reread them, ponder them, and absorb them until one resonates with what the words are pointing to. Only with this degree of focus and dedication will one's search come to an end.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gratitude 14 May 2013
By Joy - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
It's so hard to write a review about something that has so profoundly changed the way I see things. I used to honestly think I was too damaged to be helped. I have always been plagued with anxiety, depression, physical ailments... (And I had tried everything...primal therapy, rebirthing, TM, spiritual practices and every self-help book written.)
This method of Inquiry doesn't just give you another mental place to hold on really does free you.

I continue to inquiry with one of Scott's facilitators and I am always amazed at what happens during an inquiry and then in awe as I see people and situations in a wonderful new light.

Grateful, grateful, grateful.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best I know to clear negative emotions and even to let miracles happen! 29 Nov. 2013

The best I know to clear negative emotions and even to let miracles happen!

I'm reading this marvelous book but I cannot postpone any longer the expression of my enthusiasm. Follow the author's instructions and the changes will happen shortly after. At the beginning it is not easy to rest in thoughtless awareness, but a few seconds of this special awareness are enough. I liken this teaching with Frank Kinslow' Qantum Entrainment and Eufeeling. I think this is more straight to the point.
I highly recommend this book

5.0 out of 5 stars Living Realization is just that 16 May 2013
By Lynn Fraser - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
Scott Kiloby's work as outlined in Living Realization has transformed my life, brain and emotions. His method of seeing the brain's connections works. I've experienced being able to sit with feelings I've avoided for fifty years! And found the 'hook' in them dissolved, leaving me happier, lighter and free. Try it, either on your own or with a facilitator.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple, Practical, and Very Deep 15 May 2013
By Stephen Ascue - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
I am very thankful to have found "Living Realization". The techniques (inquiries) in this book have profoundly changed my life. They are simple, practical, and very deep. One does not need years of practice or philosophical insight to apply what is in this book. I can't say thank you enough.
