This frame doesn't have a remote control but it is a great entry level frame for picture quality and build quality. It looks and feels much more expensive than any other cheaper frame I have seen. Highly recommended.

Item arrived in good time and worked OK when first tested. As it was a Christmas present it was then wrapped ready for opening on the day. When my partner loaded her photos onto an SD card and tried to run the slideshow the frame froze after the 3rd picture. It appears that the frame does not work with pictures that have different resolutions. We tried the SD card in a cheaper, "lower spec" frame and the slideshow worked perfectly. I contacted the supplier for advice and have not heard back. Poor product, poor service.
