This book is really easy to read. It is jam packed with facts about fear and our reactions to it. There is no fluff and frills here, a down to earth approach, in laymans terms, makes this book a must for anyone living with fear. The last chapter deals with self help which is easy to understand with its step by step layout. If you are looking for answers, to you questions about fear, your bound to find them in this book.

Being a sufferer of anxiety and panic i found this book excellent. It covers lots of topics; panic, anxiety, OCD, phobias, etc etc.
It helped me understand my condition a lot more than i did, which is essential in overcoming your panic etc. The book ends with a self help guide with strategys to help yourself confront your panic, anxiety etc and overcome them.

I found this book very useful. It was the first time I had attempted to review my condition and this helped. It gives advice on how to overcome the problem yourself and although I tried this, it didn't work for me as I had been a sufferer for too long. After many years with this condition, I found that it made me realise it was about time I seeked professional help and that I could overcome the problem.
