5.0 out of 5 stars Life Changing, Passionate, and Personal 29 Sep 2004
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Emma has surpassed all her previous writing with this book. The structure of the book, working through key life and spirit development themes, is inspired, and moves the reader on in a way which gathers momentum. Into this are woven personal insights and revelations into the soul of the author, a deep thread of philosophy and morality, and a compelling exhortation to become what one has the potential for.

It is both a moving and an intelligent book, combining the insights of an excellent and well read mind, with passion, love and engagement with life. The technique of journeying into the heart and spirit of the material through the personal examples in italics has been used before by the Author and is used to very great effect here.

Emma pulls no punches. This is challenging and powerful. I think a lot of you will be moved and inspired as I have been. It needs both reading through as a whole and also dipping into to focus on specific aspects.

If you have read and liked Emma's work before you must read this, if you have an affinity for the natural world this will bring that love alive in ways you never imagined, if you are curious about the Pagan or Druid path this book will offer you a powerful life enhancing path. I strongly recommend it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Looking for real meaning? 2 Mar 2009
By Seren
Format:Paperback
This book is a must for anybody who has read all sorts of books on many different pagan traditions and become disillusioned and confused. There are no instructions, rules and regulations to become entangled in but truly inspirational scenarios interspersed in well thought out and philosophical chapters covering aspects of Druidry.
Reading the book is an act of magic in itself, and will deepen your relationship with your natural self, and the world you inhabit, on whatever level.

5.0 out of 5 stars Inspirational 22 Feb 2005
Format:Paperback
This is a book which pushes the boundaries, challenges preconceptions and makes druidry real, alive and full of the deepest connections. It is a book which, from its first words, challenges the individual, expressing a view and understanding of wild spirituality that some would, perhaps, consider illogical and unfounded in reality. But what the author has done is re-establish and re-inforce the basic concepts of a magical earth based wild spirituality. Wild, free and wonderful! This book is about expressing spirituality through individuality, freedom, beauty and more. For this reader it is inspirational.
