There isn't a price too high for the value of this book for people suffering from emotional eating problems. A truly inspiring account of her own recovery form a 20 year long battle with bulimia, followed by detailed and helpful advice on recovery. encouraging, and restores hope I have not felt for years. honest, believable account, makes every lonely, ashamed binger/purger feel understood, and most of all the proof that there can be a way out.
has helped me in my own struggle, and I have enormous respect for a women who felt able to share this experience with the rest of the world, does much to combat the stigma and shame associated with being bulimic. truly, truly inspirational, worth its weight in gold for anyone who struggles with overcoming this, anyone who wonders what its really like, and most of all anyone who needs to believe again that recovery is possible!
