although i doubt this is an official release, the rhino reissue is probably unavailable;this is an excellent quality recording of a recording made for a local radio station, the original bootleg is much sought after and very difficult to locate.It omits 3 tracks from the whole set, but others have said these tracks are of poorer sound quality. Highly recommended to all beefheart addicts! Buy while u can!

More of the same magic from the great magician.Not easy to get hold of live Beefheart music but thanks to the other reviewer,and the company for putting out this album.What can one say about this album that has not been repeated many times by other fans.His music seems to have a timeless quality about it and really it is pure poetry put to music!

just when you thought you have all the recordings worth having of the great man,this one pops up, brilliant to here his interaction with the audiance inbetween tracks aswell,brilliant.there is a good mix of tracks from diffrent albums, some early stuff and and some later stuff to.the old fart at play and vetrans day poppy stand out for me.

Runs too slow low fidelity and just generally bad
Nothing wrong with the original performance but the sound quality made for an uncomfortable listen. Avoid.
