Album Description
The Pazant Brothers ~ Live At The Musuem Of Modern Art: The Pazant Brothers were one of the funkiest groups working in the late 60s early 70s. Their singles on Perception, GWP, RCA and their Vanguard album all go for large sums. This is an unreleased live album from 1971. Recorded at the Museum Of Modern Art in New York. It is a unique insight into the raw-ness of small group live funk. The 10 tracks feature a selection of tunes that would be recorded by the band over the following years as well as three tracks featuring the under-recorded singer Betty Barney, including a version of her highly collectable GWP single Momma Momma.
