5.0 out of 5 stars A must-have for all confirmed Scotophiles, 29 April 2001
By A Customer
A tremendously detailed and comprehensive collection of facts about moving to Scotland. Without doubt, Scotland (especially the Highlands) is seen as a 'sexy' place to live and Nicola Taylor, having moved there herself some seven years ago, has invaluable knowledge and experience to pass on to those wishing to make the move.

The impressively researched book is brought to life by personal observation and a number of case-studies of people who have all moved to this newly-resurgent part of the UK and survived the process to revel in a new lifestyle. The differences between life in Scotland and the rest of the UK are both surprising and, on the evidence of the case-studies, alluring.
