5.0 out of 5 stars DMB - LIVE !! 3 Mar 2011
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
....My first experience of DMB live was at Hard Rock Calling in 2009 at Hyde Park...I went to see Bruce Springsteen but came away with nothing but praise for how great DMB were despite playing only a 75 minute set.....I have since seen the band 3 times on their 2010 euro tour.....almost 3 hour set's each night with different set list's and musicianship of the highest order.....I now have all their live trax 19 editions and their isn't one bad gig amongst them.....

This release is a hometown gig for guitatist Tim Reynolds and he treats the crowd to killer breaks and riffs......the rest of the band are on fine form and the set list is just superb......FANTASTIC !

5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning 15 Oct 2010
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
Whether you think of DMB as pop, jazz, rock, or any of the other genres they cover (here you get Cajun too with the well delivered Louisiana Bayou), DMB do their thing best live. I've got most of there Live Trax series (DMB are up to 18 & 19 coming out soon as I write), and they are consistantly brilliant. And those two words don't often complement each other.
From the stunning Two Step through jazz classic Crush & crowd pleaser Ants Marching you get what DMB do better live than any other band I've seen.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as a couple of their other live releases, but worth picking up... 17 Dec 2008
By TheBrizz - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
I was at this concert. It was my third time seeing Dave Matthews Band live, but the first show I've been to that was released on CD. One thing I can definitely say is that listening to the concert on CD does not do it justice when you compare it to actually being there, but I guess that applies to any artist. That being said, it's not quite as good (in my opinion) as Live in Chicago at the United Center or the Central Park Concert, but still worth owning if you're a fan of the band. It begins with an energetic rendition of Two Step that gets things off to a running start. Other highlights include Cornbread, #27 (I Hope You'll Be By Me Then), Tripping Billies (Nature Intro), and a finale of Thank You (Falletin Me Be Mice Elf Agin), a funk classic first made famous by Sly and the Family Stone. Dave & co do it justice. It's also worth noting that this may be the final live release featuring the late LeRoi Moore, as this concert took place about three weeks before the ATV accident that would eventually take his life.

I have been to well over 30 DMB concerts over the years and I have to say that this CD is one of the better compilations. Keep the hits coming Dave!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Epic DMB 22 Sep 2014

Amazing show, great music, and a solid set list! Also legendary, as it is the first concert ever at the new Busch Stadium in St. Louis. I've heard ALOT of live DMB, and have been a big fan for a long time. There is something very special about this gig. Highly recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars It's almost like being there.. 23 Mar 2009

I was at this concert, so I can say with authority that the CD is almost like being there.

If you've never been to a Dave Matthews concert, do it if you can. If not, buy this. It gives you a look at the personality of Dave and the band members. It's easy to see that they are having a great time! The music is superb. I love their version of the old Sly Stone song, "Thankyou falletin me be mice elf again".

It was a great time being there and and again every time I listed to this CD.
