Pam Ayres' stage show has been a sell-out success throughout the world. With her natural warmth and wit she builds up a rapport with the audience that guarantees an evening of fun and laughter.
Pam's reflections on daily life bring a chuckle of recognition from people of all ages. Whether she's reminiscing about the spartan conditions on a caravan holiday in the fifties, or describing her less-than-spectacular prowess in a nineties' gym, her wonderfully accurate wit is always a delight.

Pam Ayers has been performing and making people laugh since the early 1970s. Her shows include guitar songs, humourous stories and world famous poetry including "Dolly on the Dustcart" and "Oh I wish I looked after my teeth."
This show comes from a recording she made in the late 1990s. All the quaint brilliance is here. She sounds like a slightly less rude Victoria Wood and is in fact more polished. I am sure with more confidence, she could have been much more mainstream and famous.

If you like Pam Ayers' brand of humour you'll love this. There's a couple or three tracks of repetition from other CDs but this is well worth the money.
