Our little one loves this. The frame is adjustable and very comfortable to carry (we carried it up Stac Pollaidh in the Highlands and around London for the Royal Wedding, and it was fine for fit). When the weather is good it is excellent. I carried it for a good couple of hours without it being uncomfortable at all.
You do need the blow-up pillow, as when baby falls asleep her head lolls around as you walk: she seems happy enough wearing it.
The only slight issue is the rain cover - it is reasonably easy to fit but you need to spend a little time checking it as hands and feet can appear out through the elastic and get wet; the bigger problem is the vent tends to let in water when the rain is blowing hard in your face (placed directly in front of baby's face), so if you are a serious wet-weather walker be aware of it's limitations. For light rain it's fine.

Excellent backpack for your little one. Its more money then the other ones, but you get what you pay for. This is very well designed, with stirrups for your little one, so they can shift their weight around, it has great handles, well positioned. A retractable sunshade too. The straps have a nice squishy feel to them for added comfort on longer hikes/walks. The insulated bottle compartment is a bit gimmicky, but it okay. The best feature is the straps are fully adjustable and can be made to fit may different body shapes. I am 6'5" and 245lbs, so it was important that the pack fit properly, for a tall guy. My wife was also able to adjust the straps so the pack would fit her as well. If you are looking for a backpack for the little one this is the best I have found so far.
