I am a childminder and wanted a wooden kitchen for my play room to replace my plastic toy kitchen. Couldn t believe how quick it arrived. Two days after ordering it. It took quite a long time to put together but worth the result in the end. It isn t very big so it fits perfect in the corner of my play room. It is well made and sturdy enough for a few children playing with it at the same time. All the children I look after including my own have hours of fun and I find they especially enjoy the washing machine and ironing board. This kitchen is perfect for a boy or a girl. Perfect for developing their imaginations and social skills. The list is endless. We turn ours into a Cafe.

We gave this kitchen to my daughter for her second birthday and it is AMAZING. It's really cute, sturdy and has a lot more features than my own real kitchen. It's only a shame that the appliances don't work or I might trade! She's been playing with it practically nonstop since her birthday, and it's a lot of fun. Well done, Little Tikes.
Please note: It took my husband and me 4.5 hours to put it together with 2 manual screwdrivers. There are a LOT of screws. Also, This does come with a couple of plastic pans & utensils, but they are a little skimpy so I did buy an additional set of pots and pans to give her more options. Because there is no food included, you have to buy that separately too. A toy kitchen can be an expensive gift!
In all, I'm really glad we went with this kitchen. It's high quality and nicer than a lot of other models I've seen, and despite the effort of putting it all together, it was well worth the effort because of the awesome end result, and any little kid (heck, any mommy!) would love playing with it.

I eventually ordered this kitchen from a non Amazon supplier as the product had become discontinued and Amazon Suppliers had no stock. Once ordered from another supplier who had their own stock and didn't rely on Little Tikes, the kitchen is fantastic. It took a good few hours to build but the quality is second to none. If you can get this robust kitchen before all stock runs out, i strongly reommend it. Our children are quite boistrous and the kitchen resists there keen attention!
