Yet another great toy from little tikes! Its just the right size that it doesnt take up your whole Garden space but isnt so cramped that children cant fit in it! its also so sturdy (not that I recomend this but a four year old likes to sit on the kitchen section inside and its not even wobbling!) It really is built to cope with the battering a child (or sevral) will give it... its nice that it comes with the phone and kitchen area but also nice that it isnt to full of bits inside that you cant fit children in four can fit nicely in there! even me a 5ft6" when knelt can join in the play house fun!
And even though its sturdy its easy enough for an adult to take it apart and easy enough to be moved when fully assembeled by one adult!

I run a parent and toddler group, and I went to a large toy shop chain a few years ago looking to buy a playhouse. A woman overheard me asking about them, and offered me one that had been in her garden for years and that her children had now outgrown. It was this little Tikes Country Cottage. It took me quite some time to scrub off all the green stuff that had grown on it after years of being outdoors, but once I did, the house was in perfect condition - as good as new! It has now been used by our parent and toddler group for years as well as two other groups who use the same room and it's still going strong, and still really popular with all the pre-school kids who attend. If you have to buy it new, it's quite an investment, but at least you can rest assured that you're getting a quality item.

The wrong product has been delivered. Full refund has been offered, but company says no replacement available, even though they are still advertising the product as available on amazon. It might have something to do with the fact that they have raised the price of the item!! Very poor.
