This was the first book I have bought from the "a little taste of...." range and it has inspired me to purchase some of the other books.
The book is easy to use, and explains everything fully. This is also the first "oriental" cook book I have tried where the cooked dishes taste really good, and like they do when you visit a restaurant!!!
The only down side I found was that to start, quite a few ingredients are needed, but once you buy them, they last quite a while. Also sourcing shrimp paste wa sa challenge, but a local thai supermarket had some!!

Just received the book today. Quite a few recipes and nice pictures!
One minor flaw though - almost all recipe names are English, with no Thai names of dishes attached to them or in Thai writing... That would have been great...

This book is brilliant, the recipes are easy to follow and taste wonderful. It brought back memories of being back in Thailand. I would definately recommend this book.

A real Taste
Cant go wrong with the recipes in this book although do find it difficult here in Cumbria to obtain some of the ingredients.
